The quality is good. But theartificial flowers given are of low quality. The hole is a bit small. But the chains quality is nice.

The chain and pendant are of good quality. However the quality of the flowers needs a lot to be desired. Customer service is prompt and efficient. It could’ve been a 5 star except for the quality of the flowers.

The chain and the bouquet pendant are of very good quality but sadly the same can’t be said about the flowers provided with the neckpiece. The box in which the chain was packed isn’t a good quality. The flowers were squished and they don’t somehow fit appropriately in the pendant. The customer support is very prompt. They had forgotten to send the gold plated product along with the silver one as ordered by me. I mailed them regarding this. The second product was dispatched immediately. I would’ve given 5 stars but for the flowers.
